How escrow works

  1. Make an offer. Message the seller, ask for the app identity on confidential listings, and agree a price.
  2. Fund escrow. Pay the agreed price by card or bank through Stripe. Appspansion holds the funds; the seller sees they are secured.
  3. Transfer. The seller works through the checklist: store transfers, source code, backend accounts, domains. You confirm each item.
  4. Release. When every required item is confirmed you release escrow. Disputes freeze the funds until a platform operator resolves them.
