Appspansion · version 2026-09-09-draft · draft pending legal review
Terms of service
1. The service
Appspansion (operated by NextMVP) provides app analytics, hosted onboarding funnels, A/B testing, remote configuration, subscription verification, an app marketplace and public revenue pages for the workspaces you create. You are responsible for the apps, content and credentials you connect and for the rights to use them.
2. Accounts and workspaces
Sign-up requires a verified email. Workspace owners control members, roles, billing, exports and deletion. API tokens and agent access inherit the role of the person who created them and can be revoked at any time.
3. Subscription and fees
The workspace plan is USD 49 per month, renewing until cancelled, plus 1% of eligible monthly revenue collected through hosted funnels above a shared USD 5,000 monthly allowance. Eligible revenue is verified payments net of taxes, refunds and lost disputes, converted with the locked settlement rate or, when none exists, the ECB daily reference rate on the payment day. Fees are invoiced monthly through Stripe; taxes are applied at checkout and on invoices.
4. Non-payment
If a payment fails, everything keeps working during a grace period of fourteen days after the unpaid period ends. After that, editing, publishing, imports, marketplace and revenue-page changes are withheld until payment is verified. Published funnels keep serving, your apps keep verifying purchases, and reads, exports and cancellation remain available.
5. Marketplace
Sellers list apps with platform-verified figures only. Payments for a sale are held in escrow on the platform’s Stripe account and released to the seller after the transfer checklist is confirmed by both sides, minus the platform fee frozen at acceptance. Disputes are resolved by a platform operator on the recorded evidence. The marketplace facilitates the transaction; the sale contract is between buyer and seller.
6. Acceptable use
No sending of personal data you are not permitted to process, no attempts to access other workspaces, no abusive traffic against public funnels or the SDK endpoints, and no use of the marketplace to sell assets you do not own. Rate limits and quotas are documented in the product and may change with notice.
7. Termination
You can delete a workspace at any time; deletion takes effect after a thirty-day read-only grace period during which you can export or cancel. We may suspend a workspace that violates these terms. Financial records are retained as described in the privacy policy.
8. Liability and changes
The service is provided as is. Provider outages, store policies and payment networks are outside our control; we surface their state honestly rather than guessing. We may update these terms with notice in the console; continued use after the notice period is acceptance.
